Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
There are many ups and downs that life brings, and we all need support in processing our emotions and experiences. I offer a highly individualized therapeutic approach, meeting my clients where they are in their mental health journey. I utilize empathetic listening and supportive communication to create a safe, welcoming space to discuss all topics, big and small. Therapy should be a judgment-free zone.
My approach to therapy is warm and empathetic. I emphasize building a trusting relationship with my clients in a non-judgmental environment. I trust that each client is an expert on themselves, and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I have experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, as well as stress / burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships. Some modalities I use in treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
My ultimate goal will be for you to leave each session feeling empowered in your life, confident, and feeling more at ease. We will work together to help you get back to the best version of yourself and be better prepared to face life’s challenges. I look forward to working with you!
