Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m glad you’re here. Starting counseling can feel intimidating—I know it’s not easy to share your story with just anyone.
I’m a licensed professional counselor in Missouri with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and higher education. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan—from young children as young as four to older adults. My counseling style is collaborative, individualized, and relaxed, and I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and reality therapy. I’ve worked with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, relationship challenges, self-image issues, and self-harm. I also have experience working with survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I will tailor the treatment plan and our conversations to meet your unique and specific needs.
Clients often describe me as relaxed and laid-back. I like to think of counseling as individuals chatting over coffee. Since our sessions will be virtual, you’re free to create a space that feels comfortable for you. Some of my clients are on their couch with a mug of coffee or tea, while others take a walk as we talk. This space is about showing up just as you are—and knowing that’s enough.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect with licensed professionals in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access care from different locations.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to address common mental health and life concerns while maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship.
