Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, it’s a pleasure to introduce myself! I have 10 years experience in the field of Mental Health and have been licensed since February of 2019. I have worked in the spectrum of addiction as well as Child and Family services. I specialize in concerns pertaining to anger management, anxiety, self-esteem, social skills building and depression.
The therapeutic modalities I tend to implement in my counseling include Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-focused, Client-centered and general psycho-education.
The fundamental basis of my counseling orientation identifies on focusing on yourself as the foundation in your life. In other words, if you want to lead a better life, everything doesn’t start and end with you but it does start with you!
Beyond my education in the field of therapy services, a personal quality I possess that has elevated my services is that I am a highly compassionate individual.
Therapy is a journey—sometimes short and sometimes long. I cannot guarantee it will always be easy or the solutions will come quick.
What I can guarantee is you will never feel alone.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to integrate therapeutic work into a busy life.
Online care is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and there is the option to change therapists if a different fit is desired. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to get support.
