Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am credentialed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I have professional experience working with ADHD and Autism in learning support, an area for which I have undertaken training both regarding the clinical side of neurodiversity as well as effective ways of communicating and working with individuals with varying forms of neurodiversity. This is something I have moved over into my therapeutic practice, supporting clients to manage and process varying issues such as mood regulation, managing work demands, friendships, self acceptance and managing limitations.
In my private practise I also work as a couples counsellor and bring this set of skills to 1-1 work to help clients in their relationships.
Additionally, I offer therapy for non-complex PTSD- this work involves the rewind technique to reduce symptoms of PTSD as well as working with grounding techniques to further manage the immediate symptoms one might experience after a trauma.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

He has professional experience working with ADHD and Autism in a learning support role, and has completed training that covers the clinical aspects of neurodiversity as well as effective ways of communicating and working with people who have different forms of neurodiversity. Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. This approach can make accessing support more convenient while still offering experienced therapeutic care.
