Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed psychologist in Colorado with 39 years of professional work experience. I have decades of experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship concerns, life changes, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. Over the course of my lengthy career, I have worked with people struggling with many different life issues and with a broad range of ages: from adolescents and young adults to older individuals. I have experience helping people who are struggling with dementia and providing support to their families. I believe that pain in life is unavoidable, but suffering is avoidable! Therapists don’t “fix” clients. Instead, I provide people with unwavering support and kindness, along with proven therapy techniques, coaching and insight so they can address their concerns and feel proud of themselves and the changes they have made. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a strong advocate for my clients! I support anyone who feels “different” or misunderstood, if that’s because of their gender, the color of their skin, their financial status, relationship status and the many other ways that may make us feel “different”. Working alongside you, I will tailor our meetings and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! You are not alone in life’s journey, and I would honored to be a part of yours.

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, choosing the format that fits their comfort level and schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients are free to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. This combination of comparable effectiveness and flexible access makes online therapy a practical option for many people seeking support.
