Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m Here to Help !
My goal is to create a safe space for you to share your pain. I strongly believe working together in a strong supportive, professional relationship is an important key to a great outcome. For 20 plus years, I have had the joy of helping individuals, groups and families to resolve a wide range of problems and reduce emotional distress. With compassion and empathy, I will help to restore your equilibrium in distressing times, so you can become functional again. If you have unresolved issues from childhood, I am exceptionally trained to handle that as well. We can go as deep as you desire—It’s up to you.
Working in partnership, we will identify your strengths, then use them as a springboard to gain a more enjoyable life. We will work to help you gain important insight into issues which have become stumbling blocks, then devise strategies to help reduce the pain, along with acquiring skills to cope more effectively.

Cynthia Luellen creates a calm, supportive environment where people can bring their struggles and begin to heal. With 20 years of clinical experience, she has assisted individuals, groups, and families in resolving a broad range of problems and decreasing emotional distress.
She practices with compassion and empathy, helping people regain balance during difficult times so they can function more effectively. Cynthia is trained to work with unresolved issues from childhood and will explore those concerns to the depth the client chooses.
Working collaboratively, she helps clients identify their existing strengths and then uses those strengths as a foundation for a more satisfying life. Together they develop insight into recurring obstacles and build practical strategies and coping skills to reduce pain and increase resilience.
Cynthia holds a California license as a clinical social worker and brings two decades of experience to her therapeutic and coaching work, offering a steady, professional presence for those facing depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflicts, addiction, relationship and intimacy challenges, grief, parenting difficulties, career stress, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and related concerns.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is convenience – clients can choose the communication method that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, virtual sessions offer a practical, accessible way to receive skilled support for everyday mental health challenges.
