Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist remotely can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video visit, a phone call, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain consistency over time.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any point if they decide a different match would be better. For many people, the combination of accessible scheduling and a licensed therapist’s expertise makes online therapy a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
