Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Crystal and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. I graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2006 and I have about 16 years of counseling experience under my belt. In those years, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples and families in both residential and outpatient settings. Most of the people I have worked with have been those that have experienced significant trauma; however, I have also been able to work with those experiencing daily life stressors.
I have been told by many that I am easy to talk to and that is my main goal. I wish to offer an unbiased, non-judgmental, validating, and caring experience to those who are seeking help. Taking the first step to engage in therapy is difficult enough and it is my hope to offer comfort and reassurance during the process.
The approaches that I tend to gravitate towards are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Client Centered, and Solution Focused. I believe with a mixture of these modalities most people can find their way through their tough times and get to a point where they feel more comfortable with life.
I definitely look forward to going on the journey with you to get to a better place with life and yourself.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to attend regularly and maintain momentum in treatment.
Licensed professionals deliver care through these channels, and clients may change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many, the convenience and comparable outcomes make online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health needs and relationship challenges.
