Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi!
My name is Corinne and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with both teens and adults in different settings. Most recently, I worked with adults in intensive outpatient care in a psychiatric hospital. I’ve helped people with a wide variety of issues, from depression and anxiety to coping with hallucinations, and everything in between. As a therapist, it is my goal to help people take control of their life, heal from past wounds, and increase their sense of well-being.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. After that, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at South University Austin. Like most therapists, I use different theories and techniques based on what would be most helpful for you. I also have experience recommending resources in the community that may be useful, when needed.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters, playing with my pets, reading, and binging sitcoms on Hulu. I hope this introduction is helpful in getting to know me a little bit, and I look forward to getting to know you as well!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility – individuals can choose the mode of communication that fits their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to access care consistently.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and are structured to address a range of everyday and more complex concerns. If a particular therapeutic relationship isn’t the right match, it is possible to switch therapists to find a better fit.
