Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
**********I am about to complete my certification in Integrative Transpersonal Supervision, so I am also supporting Clinicians in their work*********
What can you expect? A relationship, essentially. I truly believe in creating a relationship that works for you, that can support you in becoming more who you are. I believe the journey together leads towards more authenticity and more psychological freedom. It is an exciting exploration of what really matters to you, particularly what has been neglected so far. My Psychosynthesis practice blends the exploration of here-and-now problem solving with a focus on what is trying to emerge, how you have been in the world, and what has impacted the expression of your full potential and fulfillment.
Whoever you are, you’re welcome here, whether you look for a space to offload what’s on your chest or perhaps you are just tired to pretend everything is fine. Together we can look at what is causing you pain, where is it coming from, and what impact it is having on your day-to-day life. I offer a space where everyone is welcome and accepted.
I am a BACP accredited Psychosynthesis therapist and I also co-facilitate workshops at the Psychosynthesis Trust for counsellors in training. I dedicate my time volunteering with organisations providing emotional support to those affected by Covid19, and supporting vulnerable young adults.
I had many careers until I found the one I know is for me. Before that, I have worked in media and communication corporations for nearly two decades. I was part of the music and performing industry, and worked a few years in education.

Claudia Canova works from a Psychosynthesis framework, combining practical, present-focused problem solving with attention to what is trying to emerge in a person’s life and how past experiences have shaped their potential for fulfilment.
She believes that therapy is, first and foremost, a relationship that should support each person in becoming more of who they are. Claudia sees the therapeutic journey as a path toward greater authenticity and psychological freedom, and she encourages exploration of what matters most as well as what has been neglected.
Whoever seeks her support is welcome – whether they need a place to unburden themselves or are tired of pretending everything is fine. She works with clients to identify sources of pain, trace their origins, and understand how these issues affect daily life. Claudia aims to offer an accepting space for a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma and abuse, grief, depression, addictions, LGBT issues, family and parenting challenges, intimacy-related issues, eating and sleeping difficulties, anger, self-esteem, career questions, and coping with life changes.
Claudia is BACP accredited as a Psychosynthesis therapist and co-facilitates workshops at the Psychosynthesis Trust for counsellors in training. She is about to complete certification in Integrative Transpersonal Supervision and is also supporting clinicians in their work. In addition, she volunteers with organisations that provided emotional support to those affected by Covid19 and works with vulnerable young adults.
Before training as a therapist, Claudia had a varied career. She spent nearly two decades working in media and communications, was involved in the music and performing industry, and worked for a few years in education. She brings four years of clinical experience to her practice in the United Kingdom.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to attend sessions without rearranging large parts of daily routines.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy offers a manageable and effective route to address everyday emotional and psychological challenges.
