Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 25 years experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I work with a variety of concerns including trauma, addiction, body image and weight loss issues, relationship issues, and life purpose. I have also worked with many people recovering from mass traumas, such as school shootings.
I have presented at International conferences and written 29 continuing education courses for psychotherapists. My goal is always to identify ways the practice of psychotherapy can be improved, and find new and innovative ways clinicians can help their clients.
In my free time, I enjoy ultrarunning, bringing my three rescue horses up the levels in dressage and completing a long overdue manuscript.
I believe in empowering my clients, treating them with respect, and honoring their life choices. I believe that the keys to improved mental health and happiness exist inside every client. My approach is existential in nature, and looks to help people find what is truly most important to them, and move in that direction. Together, I believe we can find a way to a fulfilling, rewarding, and meaningful life – regardless of what life has put you through.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience have shown that these types of issues often respond well to remote treatment when delivered by a qualified professional.
One major advantage of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit care into a busy schedule or to access services from a distance.
Every therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients may change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, the combination of professional training, accessible communication options, and scheduling flexibility makes online therapy a practical and effective route to support.
