Christopher “Chris” Rice supports people working through a range of difficulties so they can lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
He is an experienced counsellor with 4 years of practice, and has worked with clients to address anxiety and panic, depression, relationship issues, workplace challenges, social anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, confidence, and motivation.
Chris also has extensive experience supporting people with neurological conditions, including Autism, ADHD, traumatic brain injuries, and epilepsy.
He uses a client-centred approach combined with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings while introducing practical strategies to manage symptoms.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
