Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York with over 8 years of experience working as a clinician. My background includes working with survivors or assault/abuse, human trafficking, those with problematic substance use, individuals that identify as LGBTQ, and a wide variety of mental health diagnoses (including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders).
My counseling style comes from a compassionate, authentic, and nonjudgmental approach. Much of my skills and techniques are driven from mindfulness. When working with clients I believe in providing a safe environment for others to be their authentic selves. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy; person centered approach; as well as other therapeutic techniques dependent on the needs of my client. I believe that the client is the expert of themselves and as the counselor; my role is to assist in providing support in addressing problematic life areas and guidance in improving the quality of life.
Seeking help can be challenging and uncomfortable; it takes a great amount of courage to reach out for support. It would be an honor to provide that safe place for you to seek the help you are looking for and provide assistance in empowering you to live your best life!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the key advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Online care is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they would like a different fit. This format can make consistent support more accessible while maintaining the same therapeutic goals as in-person work.
