Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor. I work on a relationship based on trust, acceptance and non-judgement. From this foundation, using various therapeutic tools, I can help you to understand and question outmoded beliefs, conditions or rules that once served you but no longer fit. If you have an urning for change but are not sure where to start, counselling can help by acting as an agent or catalyst for change. Change can be scary, it can also be very empowering. When we let go of our old beliefs we open the way for new even exciting things to happen. Change doesn’t have to be a slow or long process, it can be quick and effective.
My belief is that everyone has the right to be happy. As a counsellor, my role is to help you on your path to well being. To provide a safe place for you to befriend unwanted thoughts, feelings and emotions that have been suppressed and to tend to them with compassion, kindness and love
When we are in distress we can find it difficult to express how we really feel. We may feel hopeless. In these desperate times, a counsellor can be your hope – like a lighthouse in your darkest days guiding you home to safety – the safety of discovering your true self.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you would like a different fit.
