Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a Masters qualified counsellor credentialed in Australia with over ten years of professional work experience. I aim to bring a warm and friendly curiosity to my work and am inspired by the strength, resilience, and creativity I witness in those seeking support to cope with difficulties in their professional and personal lives.
I have spent the last several years working with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including trauma, addiction, relationship issues, depression, stress, and anxiety. I also had the privilege of working in the inaugural team of therapists facilitating the Matrix Program®, an internationally known intensive outpatient program for substance dependence not previously available in my state.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed strategies to assist those I am working with to develop clarity, competence, courage, and connection so they can move through the complexities of life with a sense of balance, meaning, personal agency and hope.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that best suits you, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit regular support into a busy life.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and if you ever want a different fit you can switch to another therapist at any time.
