Some information about me…
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 25+ years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma and emotional abuse. In addition to working with people in their 30’s through 50’s, I have extensive experience working with young adults from their teens to late 20’s as they begin to navigate the next phase of their lives into full adulthood.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is person-centered and combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It is important to me to meet people where they are, and cultivate a trusting relationship that fosters acceptance and growth.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether that is a video appointment, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to fit sessions into busy schedules.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they feel a different match would be more helpful. For many people seeking support with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an effective, convenient option to begin or continue the work of healing and growth.
