As a Licensed Professional Counselor, suited to dealing with addressing stress, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, grief, and general mental health are among my specialties. I have a concentration on providing direct counseling services through psychodynamic, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies with an eclectic approach. Just like your physical health, your mental health needs to prioritize with intervention and maintenance.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate and genuine. I believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As your counselor, I will provide a safe and collaborative environment to address life challenges.
