Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Kind. Supportive. Caring.
I was once asked, “How can you help people with their issues if you’ve been sad or upset?” I smiled and responded, “The same way a medical doctor helps patients who are sick; with thoughtfulness and integrity.” I am not immune from life’s challenges because I am a therapist. I believe that life experiences have helped me become more compassionate toward people who are hurting. My education, training, and professional expertise provide the tools for me to counsel individuals and families. It is such an honor to support and counsel my clients as they move through their healing process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain consistent care around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapy provided this way is carried out by licensed professionals, and people may choose to change therapists at any time if they feel a different match would be better. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
