Charlotte McKenna offers a calm, compassionate and non-judgmental space where adults can explore their thoughts, feelings and challenges at a pace that suits them. She focuses on each person’s unique experiences and strengths, helping them move toward greater clarity, healing and growth. The journey of the individual sits at the centre of her work.
As a BACP-registered counsellor (registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), she practises in a person-centred way that places the client at the heart of the process. She sees people as the experts in their own lives and accompanies them with empathy, understanding and practical support as they navigate difficult times. With 3 years of experience, she has supported adults dealing with anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and general feelings of being stuck. She works at each person’s pace, attending to their needs, values and goals, and aims to build a therapeutic relationship founded on trust and mutual respect where people feel heard and valued.
