Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative qualified counsellor with 3 years’ experience. I believe that everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves by working through any difficulties they might be facing. I believe you are the expert of your life, and I am here to facilitate your growth/changes. I use a person-centred approach to underpin our sessions, but I can also use other modalities so that you get the best experience from our sessions. I hope to create a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore all your feelings and our sessions will always remain confidential.
I am passionate about helping people as I know how hard it can be when you feel that something isn’t quite right in your life and you’re trying to get to the root cause of your feelings. It can be challenging trying to navigate this when we might be in survival mode, especially if we have had traumatic experiences in our lives. I am passionate about helping people come out the other side. I believe our life experiences shape who we are and can have a negative impact on us at times, especially when society puts a lot of pressure on all of us to “be ok and carry on”. Therapy is about exploring uncomfortable feelings and reflecting on these and how it might be shaping your behavioural patterns or ways of relating to others for you to understand yourself on a deeper level and get to the person you want to be.

Charlotte Chukwu-Baird is an integrative qualified counsellor with 3 years’ experience who believes people have the potential to become the best versions of themselves by working through the difficulties they face. She approaches therapy from a person-centred foundation while drawing on other therapeutic methods when they will enhance the work, tailoring sessions so each person gets the most helpful experience.
Charlotte views clients as the experts on their own lives and sees her role as a facilitator of growth and change. She aims to create a safe, non-judgemental space for exploring feelings, and all sessions remain confidential.
She is motivated by a clear understanding of how hard it can feel when something in life does not feel right and by the challenge of uncovering the roots of those feelings. Charlotte recognises how survival mode and past traumatic experiences can make change feel especially difficult, and she is committed to supporting people as they move through those struggles.
Charlotte believes life experiences shape who we become and can sometimes have a negative impact. For her, therapy is a process of exploring uncomfortable feelings and reflecting on how they influence behaviour and ways of relating to others, so people can gain deeper self-understanding and move toward the person they want to be.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice have shown that remote counselling often achieves similar outcomes for these everyday issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to include therapy in a busy schedule and to engage in the way that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a client feels the need for a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy offers a practical and effective route to support without sacrificing professional standards of care.
