Chad Stewart

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I am a person centered counselor in Montana with five years of experience serving the students, parents and families of the local school district. I have learned and used full scale Chippewa Cree tribal methods and practices to provide culturally relevant approaches to mental health in the community that I currently serve. I have experience with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is non-judgemental, empathetic and supportive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, dignity and equality and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I expect you to come to the table with your issues, have things to talk about. I am here to provide perspective not to lead the conversation.

I look forward to working with you!

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For a broad range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and coping with life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

A primary benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule and to find a communication method that feels comfortable.

Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch to a different therapist if they feel a different fit would work better. For many people seeking support with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy is a practical and effective way to access professional help.
