Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified counsellor and I work in the UK. I have been in Private Practice for 4 years and have experience helping clients with many different issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, self esteem and confidence issues to name just a few. Working in a non-judgemental way, I will actively listen to you, offer empathy and warmth in our sessions. I have an interest in early childhood neglect and PTSD and integrate body and mind in post traumatic growth recovery. I work in an integrative way which simply means that I am trained in a number of different modalities (person centred, CBT, TA and Psychodynamic) and will tailor the work we do together to suit you. At the core of everything is that I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have the answers inside you to help you understand and overcome the challenges you are facing, I will walk alongside you as we begin this journey together. It takes courage to reach out and take the first step to seek the help you are looking for and it is important that you find the right therapist for you. If you feel you would like to explore us working together, I would be happy to hear from you.

Celia Flack is a qualified counsellor practising in the United Kingdom with seven years of overall experience and four years working in private practice. She supports people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem and confidence issues, offering an empathic, non-judgemental space where she listens actively and responds with warmth.
Her work is informed by an interest in early childhood neglect and PTSD, and she integrates attention to both body and mind when supporting post-traumatic growth and recovery. Celia uses an integrative approach, drawing on training in person-centred work, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis (TA) and psychodynamic approaches, and she adapts these methods to suit each person she works with.
At the heart of her practice is the belief that people are the experts in their own stories and that they hold important answers within themselves. Celia walks alongside clients as they explore challenges and build understanding. She recognises the courage it takes to seek help and is happy to hear from anyone who would like to explore working together.
Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life transitions, remote therapy has been found to be as effective as in-person counselling for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the way you connect that fits your life, whether that is a video appointment, a phone call, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to schedule sessions around work, family or other commitments.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different therapist at any point, you are free to switch. Online therapy offers a practical way to receive professional support that can adapt to your needs and circumstances.
