Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have studied the Person-Centred approach advocated by Carl Rogers. Carl Roger’s belief was that an empathic stance can provide healing. A deep understanding is the most precious gift one can give to another. This outlook resonates with me. I feel that I can offer a safe environment where clients can explore their issues, feelings, life’s stresses and difficult situations. I am approachable and warm and consider that the therapeutic relationship is most important thing to enable change and growth. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical framework which ensures that both the client and the counsellor are kept safe.
My life experiences have given me many difficulties to deal with but celebrations too. My experiences have fostered in me a desire to be someone who can offer support when others are experiencing difficulties; this enables the individual to work through their issues and grow as a person able to cope with difficult situations they find themselves in and become more resilient.
I work with primary and secondary school children as well as adults. Presenting issues cover a range of issues from anxiety, low mood, depression and bullying to name but a few. Having enjoyed training in the Person-Centred modality I have learned that this is not necessarily the main modality used and I find that I have developed an integrative style tailored to the individuals’ needs.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – you can choose the way of connecting that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy is provided by licensed professionals, and if you feel another clinician would be a better fit you can switch at any time. These options make online therapy a practical and accessible choice for many people seeking support.
