Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Do you feel like you’re struggling to hold things together? Are you feeling unfulfilled, unsure or overwhelmed by life? Have you been through life changes or other painful experiences? Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships?
Counselling is a ‘talking therapy’ which provides a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace with a non-judgemental professional. It is a space for you to explore your problems – whatever they are.
I offer open-ended, person centred counselling with a warm, genuine and non-judgemental attitude. I have experience of working with clients from varied backgrounds covering many different issues including bereavement and loss, stress, divorce, workplace bullying, low self esteem, LGBTQ+ issues and family disagreements.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your issues and to help you identify the skills and tools you have to find your own way forward. I can support you with new perspectives, resources and coping strategies, but most of all I will listen to what you need to share allowing you to feel heard.
We can work creatively, we can talk or we can be in silence – the space is yours for whatever you need. Everybody faces challenges in their lives and we don’t always have the resources to cope on our own. In these moments, counselling can help.
Whether you are a person who has counselling regularly or if this is your first time, it is normal to feel daunted or nervous at the thought of speaking to a stranger. I try my best to create a space in which you feel comfortable and safe. Contact me to find out more.
