Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, a Licensed Practical Counselor in the state of Texas, and a retired U.S. Army Veteran and senior leader and over 17 years of clinical experience. I work exclusively with women, focusing on issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and confidence. My specialized area of expertise is in pathological relationships—particularly recovery from narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation.
My approach is highly psychoeducational, helping women understand the psychological and behavioral dynamics of toxic and abusive relationships. Through education, insight, and emotional processing, I guide clients in recognizing cognitive dissonance, breaking trauma bonds, rebuilding self-worth, and developing healthier boundaries.
I offer 30-minute sessions by video or phone only.
I believe each woman holds the wisdom and strength to heal and redefine her story. Therapy is a courageous step toward restoration, clarity, and empowerment—and I am here to walk that path with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit.
