Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in Kansas with 35 years of professional work experience. Before moving back to Kansas, I worked as a therapist in California at a school for troubled children and later in a maximum security jail. I have helped clients with many different disorders as well as relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy related issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and issues arising during spiritual emergence.
I studied Transpersonal psychology at John F. Kennedy University and Saybrook Institute in the San Francisco area. While I use several therapeutic modalities, I am primarily Rogarian in my session work. Treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion is of upmost importance. I believe the human spirit is remarkably resilient and able to heal from so much with a little encouragement. My task is to participate, encourage, and be a witness to your growth and healing. I will tailor our work together to meet your unique needs.
The decision to start therapy takes courage and commitment to change. In my opinion, the most import aspect of your decision, is finding the right therapist, one you can trust and with whom you can share the details of your life. Forming a strong therapeutic relationship together makes all the difference.
I have heard many life stories from all kinds of people in my years as a therapist. If I seem to be the right therapist for you, then I look forward to hearing your story. So, shall we get started?

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients may connect in whatever format feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule or to access care when meeting in person is difficult.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose a different therapist at any time if they feel another fit would be better. For many common mental health and relationship issues, online therapy provides a practical and effective route to support and progress.
