Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a registered clinical Counsellor with over 5 years experience in Australia, holding professional membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Navigating my own challenges and experiences—such as addictive and self-harming behaviours, psychosocial difficulties, cancer, work-related injury, grief and loss, and various life transitions like moving abroad and changing careers—alongside witnessing broader societal inequalities and unrest, has profoundly shaped my approach as a counsellor. With qualifications including a Master of Counselling, a Graduate Certificate of Addictive Behaviours, a Bachelor of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an Advanced Diploma of Transpersonal Counselling, I bring both knowledge and empathy to my practice.
Inspired by the human potential for resilience and acceptance, I am able to work with you on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, illness or other physical conditions, motivation, stress, trauma, relationship issues, self-discovery, identity, and more.
I value integrity, inclusivity and confidentiality in practice and also adopt a person-centred, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach, ensuring our sessions are collaborative, progress at your pace, and are shaped by your values and goals. While I may draw on evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention, I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths which will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I realise it takes courage to seek support towards discovering a more meaningful and fulfilling life and to change. Your wellbeing is my priority, and I am here to support & empower you along the way.
No matter what you’re facing, I’m here to help and look forward to meeting and supporting you.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy can be an effective alternative to in-person sessions and has been shown to be comparable in outcome for many people.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that best fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if a client feels a different fit would work better they are able to switch therapists at any time.
