Hi, I’m Candace, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people heal, grow, and rediscover who they are. I believe that every person carries a story worth hearing, and sometimes we all need a safe space to release, rebuild, and rise again. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and strengths-based. I work collaboratively with clients, meeting you exactly where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, identity confusion/development, sexuality issues, LGBTQ+, relationship stress, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I also have experience with crisis intervention, DBT-based skill building, and faith-integrated healing for clients who desire it. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to make therapy feel like breathing again — a place where you can exhale, process, and step into hope one session at a time.
