Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome and thank you for checking out my page! We all experience some unwanted emotions throughout life…but sometimes we just need a little extra help. AND THATS OK! I am here to offer a safe space for you, no matter what you are facing at this time. When working with me, you are entering a judgement free relationship with unconditional support. I am not looking to tell you what to do, I am here to help guide you and join you on your journey in becoming a better version of you.
The majority of my experience has been working with clients impacted by depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I do not believe there is a ‘cookie cutter’ approach to therapy and I will strive to find the best therapeutic interventions for YOU and your specific needs. For those clients seeking a way to process trauma, I am EMDR trained and love seeing how this treatment can be life changing for folks.
I am open to interacting with you in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Whether it is video, phone, or text, this is your space and your time and I want it to be most beneficial for you. I look forward to working with you!

Brittany Reece offers a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for people coping with difficult emotions and life challenges. She recognizes that experiencing unwanted feelings is a part of life and that reaching out for additional support is a healthy step – she provides unconditional support and a collaborative approach rather than telling clients what to do.
With six years of clinical experience, Brittany practices as a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina. Much of her work has focused on supporting individuals affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use.
Her areas of focus include stress, anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, self esteem, depression, LGBT concerns, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief, eating disorders, parenting issues, anger management, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue. For clients seeking trauma work, she is trained in EMDR and has seen that this approach can be transformative for some people.
Brittany is flexible about how she connects with clients and is open to video, phone, or text sessions so each person can choose the format that feels most comfortable. She aims to guide and support clients as they work toward becoming a stronger version of themselves and looks forward to the opportunity to collaborate with new clients.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to choose the mode of communication that feels most comfortable.
All therapists in this context are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to get consistent support while addressing everyday concerns and life transitions.
