Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Person-Centred therapist with twenty years’ experience, a verified practitioner with both Psychology Today, and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy working to a high professional standard. I apply principles enshrined within the BACP code of ethics.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I employ care and sensitivity, in assisting clients within this field, assisting in processing difficult experiences and emotions.
My approach to working with clients is humanistic and integrative, and in incorporating a range of tools including EFT, CBT, Meditation and Mindfulness I work with a broad spectrum of individuals from diverse backgrounds in a way which is genuine, caring, and non-judgemental.
Clients who may be experiencing identity issues, body image concerns, and confidence and self-esteem challenges which have impacted on their ability to function in day-to-day life are some of the individuals I have supported.
My therapeutic focus has included relationships, family breakdown, trauma, abuse, loss and bereavement, stress, anxiety and depression, and domestic abuse.
I have extensive experience, and I am able to work successfully with a variety of presenting issues.
A first session with me will involve exploring your therapeutic needs and discussing what you require from the process.
In doing so, we can then identify tools, and strategies which can allow you to manage the challenges you are experiencing.
I offer a safe confidential space where thoughts and feelings can be explored, where you can feel heard and valued, and where consideration can be given to the possibility of change, and what that might look like for you.
My therapeutic style is authentic, resourceful, calm, and respectful.
I look forward to working with you and accompanying you on your journey.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that these issues are often well suited to remote work with a therapist.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the way they connect that best fits their needs and routines – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to fit therapy around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would help. Ultimately online therapy offers an accessible way to receive professional support while accommodating different preferences and lifestyles.
