Hi there. Do you find yourself going in circles with the same issues over and over again? Are you ready to get off of that merry-go-round and take some steps towards the life you envisioned for yourself? If you answered, “Yes”… you have come to the right place.
I am psychotherapist licensed in Georgia with 10 years of experience working with a variety of people with a range of concerns including challenges with focus/concentration, spiritual crises, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and career-related challenges. I have worked with those with trauma experiences including survivors of war, community violence, hate crimes, domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect. Additionally, I have been successful with supporting people of varying ethnicities to heal from racial abuse and discrimination within their families, communities, and work spaces.
My counseling style is warm and attentive. I aim to understand who you are and what you need to move forward. With compassion, respect, and sensitivity to a your values, I will support you to push towards your goals. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapies (DBT and TFCBT techniques), somatic psychotherapy techniques, and humanistic approaches. I am also an IFS Level 2 Therapist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist which are two incredibly effective approaches with long-lasting results. Your treatment plan and your sessions will be tailored to your unique therapeutic needs.
Therapy is not easy work, and it takes self-awareness and courage to move towards change. If you are ready to take that step, it will be my honor to walk with you on this journey.
I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life best – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to incorporate counseling into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and individuals may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, the combination of accessible delivery methods and skilled clinicians makes online therapy a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
