Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Psychologist trained in Brazil and currently a registered Counsellor in Australia, with over 7 years of experience in counselling, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and sports psychology.
My experience includes supporting women in situations of abusive relationships and domestic violence, as well as neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also have extensive experience working with people facing anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, and depression, as well as helping with issues related to motivation, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
In addition, as an immigrant myself, I understand the unique challenges of adapting to a new culture, building support networks, and navigating identity and belonging in a new country. I bring this perspective into my practice, offering compassionate support to clients who may be experiencing the complexities of migration and cultural adjustment.
I believe in the importance of providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where each person feels welcomed and respected. My approach is client-centered and evidence-based, drawing on strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques, always tailored to each individual’s needs.
Taking the first step in seeking support is an act of courage, and I am here to walk alongside you in this process. My commitment is to support you in building personal strength, overcoming challenges, and creating a more balanced, healthy, and meaningful life.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
