Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Aydah Elnemr-Arkzat, MSW, LCSW. I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California (USC), and I bring over 15 years of experience in mental health treatment. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds—including children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults.
Currently, I offer telehealth services exclusively to clients aged 16 and older. I am trained in a comprehensive range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including trauma-focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), grief and loss counseling, treatment for eating disorders, somatic and body-centered approaches, as well as the assessment and evidence-based treatment of anxiety and depression.
I am also currently pursuing certification in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) to better support individuals navigating mental health challenges during the reproductive and postpartum periods.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment in which healing and growth can occur at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering for each individual.
