Aydah Elnemr-Arkzat holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California and is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA LCSW 109146) with over 15 years of experience in mental health treatment.
Throughout her career she has worked with people from a range of cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, including children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults. She currently provides telehealth services exclusively to clients aged 16 and older.
Her clinical training includes trauma-focused therapies and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), grief and loss counseling, treatment for eating disorders, somatic and body-centered approaches, and the assessment and evidence-based treatment of anxiety and depression. She is also pursuing certification in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) to better support people during reproductive and postpartum periods.
Aydah uses an integrative, client-centered approach and is committed to offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take place at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering for each individual.
