I am licensed in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan with over 10 years of professional work experience. My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation with concentrations in Substance Abuse, Criminal Justice and Psychiatric Rehabilitation. My master’s degree is in Social Work (MSW). I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I have worked in a variety of settings to include community Mental Health, County Work, Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital, Veteran’s Affairs and various outpatient clinic settings. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
My passions outside of work are spending time with my son, my two dogs, coffee, reading, CrossFit, running (all the miles), Green Bay Packers, food (favorites include pizza, pickles, olives and cheese curds) and spending time with positive people in my life.

Autumn Jarvis is a licensed clinician practicing in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan with 13 years of professional experience. Autumn has provided care across community mental health, county services, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, Veteran’s Affairs, and a variety of outpatient clinic settings. Her clinical work focuses on helping people manage stress and anxiety, cope with addictions, heal from trauma and abuse, and process grief and loss. She also supports concerns related to depression, relationships and intimacy, parenting, anger, self-esteem, career challenges, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue.
She aims to create an open, nonjudgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be shared freely. Autumn encourages clients to take the courageous first steps toward a more fulfilling and happier life and works to support and empower them throughout that journey. Autumn holds credentials as a licensed clinical social worker in Wisconsin (WI LCSW 9823-123) and as a licensed clinical social worker in Minnesota (MN LICSW 31486).
Outside of her clinical work, Autumn enjoys spending time with her son and two dogs, drinking coffee, reading, CrossFit, running, following the Green Bay Packers, and sharing meals with positive people. Her favorite foods include pizza, pickles, olives, and cheese curds.
