Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a certificate in Couples, Marriage, and Family counseling. In my 5 years of experience, I have worked with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflict, ADHD, parenting problems, and anger management. I also have worked with many individuals who have experienced many different forms of trauma, such as any type of abuse.
My counseling style is mostly person-centered and strength-based. I also often use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused interventions for those that prefer more tangible methods. For individuals that present with trauma-related issues, I will employ trauma-focused therapy.
Seeking help and making positive changes in your life is difficult, so I admire your courage and determination to take this first step. You are the expert on your own life and I am here to understand your perspective to find out what you would like to accomplish. Everything that occurs in our sessions will be your choice and in your hands. I am not here to judge or tell you how to live your Iife. I simply aim to be a source of empowerment and unconditional support for you. I hope I can be the guide to walk alongside this journey with you to discover yourself and your goals.
Thank you!

People often wonder whether online therapy can produce real benefits. For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it provides. Clients can connect in the way that fits their needs and schedule, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may switch therapists if they want a different therapeutic fit. For those seeking practical support for everyday concerns or who need trauma-informed approaches, online therapy can be a convenient and effective option to explore.
