Whatever brings you to counselling, I can provide you with a safe environment for you to comfortably talk through the difficulties that you are facing and work through them together.
I don’t believe in one standard approach for everyone. My main stance is working with the Integrative Approach, so that I can use the right approach that is suited to you. I also work with CBT/REBT and am an Accredited Counsellor with The National Counselling Society.
