Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi Y’all!
First and foremost, give yourself a pat on the back for reaching out for help! I’m Ashley Longabaugh-Cantos, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with six years of experience, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with people of all ages—kiddos, teens, adults, and families—and I’m passionate about mental wellness. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, loss, depression, or navigating life changes, I’m here to help. I also specialize in working with those dealing with trauma, eating disorders, intimate partner violence, non-suicidal self-injury, grief, and woman’s issues (fertility related concerns).
A little about me—I have extensive experience working with clients from tough situations who struggle to find their place and purpose in the world. As a military spouse, I understand the complexities of big life changes, the resilience it takes to push forward, and what it means to feel lost while finding your way. Having lived overseas for two years, I deeply appreciate diverse experiences and the importance of creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel respected and heard.
I also believe in the healing power of humor and finding the light in everyday life—you’ll often find me using laughter to ease tough moments. I’m a huge animal lover, and you might occasionally meet one of my furry co-therapists—Hugo, Clive, or Maxine—who love to pop in and say hello!
I’m looking forward to working with you and supporting you in whatever way I can. I’m ready when you’re ready! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all.
You Got This!

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions—online therapy can be a practical and effective option. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions often deliver benefits comparable to traditional in-person therapy for these issues.
One major advantage of online care is flexibility. People can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain consistent support without major disruptions to daily routines.
Online therapy is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and it is possible to change providers if a different therapeutic match is desired. For many clients, remote therapy offers a convenient path to consistent treatment and ongoing progress.
