Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello There! I’m Ashley, a clinical counselor. I have a strong history working with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism. Regardless of diagnosis or where you are currently at in regards to making life changes, I am here for it all as each step in these processes are important (even if some feel larger than others). If you are someone struggling with everyday life knowing that things are harder than they should be, I’m your person!
By creating a space that is inviting and laid-back, you’ll be empowered to bring your full authentic self to each session. The more comfortable you are coming to therapy, the more progress can be made! Some sessions will be that deep processing we’ve come to anticipate therapy as other sessions will focus more on everyday life and building skills.
You have already taken a huge step toward therapy by signing up! Know that it is normal for therapy to be scary at first. It is hard work sharing information about your life with someone you don’t know. I am here to support you and answer any questions and discuss any concerns you have about the therapy process. I hope I am able to meet you soon!

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Evidence supports its utility for these types of issues and many people find it produces meaningful results.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose formats that feel most comfortable.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, accessible path to support and skill-building during everyday life and times of transition.
