The universe has been gracious enough to allow me to serve as a therapist for the past 6 years and my personal and professional life experiences have equipped me to be able to work as a “guide” with an array of clients from various backgrounds.
I specialize in working with clients on the following topics: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addictions, and daily life stressors. I use a variety of techniques and methods derived from different theories, my main approach is centered around holistic wellness using client-centered and solution focused therapy.
