Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m licensed as a counselor (LPC) in Idaho and Arizona, with six years of therapy experience. My goal is to listen, come alongside, and empower women.
I have been trained as a certified clinical trauma professional. In the past, I counseled diverse children with trauma, but for over two years now I have been focusing on women. In addition, I have knowledge of religious trauma.
I also learned qualitative research in a doctoral certificate program. My own position as a woman, daughter, wife, and mother led me to research women and gender roles.
Along with my women’s specialization, I bring insight to the complex roots of a client’s coping skills that have become dysfunctional. These often stem from cultural and family messaging, trauma and abuse. I support clients in developing new coping skills with self-compassion.
I love to continue learning and growing. I use a person-centered and eclectic approach tailored to each unique individual. I’m here to help you build relational skills, including how to relate to your own inner self.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs and schedule, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent care.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if a different fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. Online work can be a practical way to access skilled therapeutic support for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
