Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
A UK licensed psychotherapist with 12 years of professional work experience, I’m offering online short or long term counselling and psychotherapy for anxiety, stress, depression, coping with loss and grief, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues and more.
Life can be overwhelming, confusing and sometimes frightening.
Are you an expat who is feeling stuck and overwhelmed, like you’re lacking a sense of purpose and direction? Moving abroad either for work or studies is harder than you anticipated? You thought this transition would be smooth, but instead, anxiety, stress, worries, and loneliness are holding you back. Struggling to adapt to the culture, wondering if you should stay or return home?
It doesn’t have to be this way. Together we can explore your needs, likes and dislikes, question old beliefs, learn and practise new skills. I can give you the tools you need to get through the hard times of expat life, feel confident and live with less stress.
Clients come to me looking for someone who is gentle, easy to connect with, and who “gets” the struggles of being an expat. In working with me, you will gain the self-acceptance and awareness necessary to move forward and embrace your life in a new way, leaving you feeling happier, less anxious, more confident and empowered.
No matter what issues you are struggling with, I’m here to help you navigate through the pain, anger, sadness, relief, guilt, fear, regret and adapt to the changes in your life. Tears of joy or sadness are welcome in my counselling room no matter your age, your background, your sex or skin colour.
Transition, loss and grief may leave you feeling isolated, alone and detached. As an experienced holistic therapist and an expat myself, I believe that every person can overcome anxiety and the unknown, with the right support. You don’t have to continue struggling alone and pretending like you have it together. Contact me today to book your first consultation.
My aim is to be as genuine, empathetic and non judgemental as I can be in our relationship therefore my way of working is client led which means I will walk beside you in the direction you set and at your pace.
