Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Ana Olmedo Gonzalez, Accredited Counsellor by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Accred).
I am an integrative trauma counsellor and currently I combine my work at the NHS with my private practice.
My therapeutic core is essentially person-centred using aspects of Transpersonal Therapy and Mindfulness.
Listening to others making the space for them to heal has been part of my very personal identity. Offering this professionally is my absolutely privilege.
We all experience times of difficulty in our lives and founding someone able to to listen to us without judgment, helps us to make sense of those challenging times and continuing our personal pathway hopefully more serene and aligned.
I love nature and meditation, and having a lovely cuppa of herbal tea peacefully at the end of the day is one of my favourite moments.
It takes courage to seek counseling if you are ready to take that step I am here to support you.
I look forward to working with you!
(Please notice that I can deliver sessions in English and Spanish. )

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research and practice show that online therapy can be as effective as face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain regular appointments around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and a good match matters. If someone finds a different fit would work better, it is possible to switch therapists. For many people, the combination of evidence-based support and convenient access makes online therapy a practical and effective option.
