I have experience working with stress, anxiety, living with a disability and chronic pain conditions I have worked with clients who have experienced all forms of abuse. I will work with you and I believe that by talking about the reasons you have come to counselling in a safe, non-judgmental space you might find some answers and a the way forward may become clearer.
As a person centred counsellor I give clients are space to talk and I help to process what they are dealing with. I may offer thoughts or give clarity so that the client can see a way through.
