Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I started my journey as a therapist thirty years ago with a Masters in Clinical Psychology, then progressed to Therapeutic Counselling, Hypnotherapy and currently I am doing my Doctorate level Training to become a Professor in Psychotherapy, with an aim of teaching Counselling and Psychotherapy around the world.
My clients come from different cultural backgrounds as I lived in Mauritius, India and England. I am settled in the UK since 2002 and I speak English, French and Hindi/Urdu. I work with children above 12 years as well as couples as I have been in the therapy world for over twenty years.
My experience has helped me work with complex trauma, sexual abuse, Domestic Violence, BPD, Co dependency in relationships, surviving Narcissitic/mental abusive relationships and PTSD among other complex issues.
But I also have clients who want short term, solution focused or Technique based work with regards to confidence building, self esteem, anger, sleep/insomnia, anxiety, fears etc…
The same symptoms can be indicative of few years of stress or indicative of childhood abuse; The job of a therapist is to help clients understand their symptoms as well as have a working alliance with the client of how to find the solution with regards to their blocks or damage that the symptoms are creating in their clients’ lives.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
