Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The first step of asking for help is the hardest part. My name is Ally Trevino and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, Kentucky and New Mexico. I obtained my masters in Social Work with a clinical focus at the University of New England. I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and am EMDR trained.
My specialties include working with members of the military and military spouses, survivors of trauma, depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders and addiction. I use an integrative approach pulling from evidence based modalities that meet the unique needs of each client. My approach is client centered. I believe that the journey of therapy is one of collaboration built on trust and alliance. I create a judgement free environment that offers a safe place for clients to share their feelings and reflections.
