Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor living and working in the UK. I qualified in 2020 and experienced in in person, online and telephone counselling. My main area of interest is grief and loss, with additional understanding and working with those bereaved by suicide. Loss and grief does not just cover the death of a loved one but also the grief and loss felt with any life change. I also work with the inner child when past events may keep us stuck where we are. Through therapy, the stuckness can be unstuck, leaving you to live a more fulfilled life. I have worked with those who are suffering from low mood, anxieties and trauma, recent and historic.
I work in a humanistic way that is explorative and compassionate allowing you to be in control yet being an integrative counsellor I may use techniques and knowledge from person-centred CBT, TA and Existential modalities. I have completed mindfulness training which can support our sessions to be kind, non-judgemental and allowing you to be where you are now and with acceptance, you can change.
I do believe change can happen and you can make that change. With the courage that got you here, it will help you take the next step.
You don’t have to do this alone and I can walk along side you.

Alix Moore is an integrative counsellor living and working in the United Kingdom. She qualified in 2020 and has three years of experience providing in-person, online and telephone counselling.
Her main clinical interest is grief and loss, including supporting people bereaved by suicide. She recognises that grief can follow the death of a loved one as well as other major life changes, and she works with both types of loss.
Alix also works with the inner child when past events continue to keep people feeling stuck. Through therapy she aims to help clients unstick that stuckness and move toward a more fulfilled life.
She has experience supporting people with low mood, anxiety and trauma, both recent and historic.
Alix practices in a humanistic, explorative and compassionate way that keeps clients in control. As an integrative counsellor she may draw on techniques from person-centred approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy, Transactional Analysis and Existential modalities.
She has completed mindfulness training to help sessions remain kind and non-judgemental, encouraging acceptance as a way to support change.
Alix believes change is possible and seeks to support clients as they take the next step. With the same courage that brought them to therapy, she can walk alongside clients through the process.
