My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, centred on the things shaping how you feel day-to-day. Instead I help you make sense of what’s going on to make things feel more manageable through building your understanding, awareness, and use of practical coping strategies where appropriate.
By the end of therapy, my hope is that you’ll feel more in control like you’re back in the drivers seat, choosing where to go next instead of being pulled off course by anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt.
