Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi There!
I am a licensed psychologist (PsyD) in Colorado and have been working in the counseling field since 2010. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, with clients presenting with a diverse range of life challenges. I have assisted clients with depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, teen concerns, grief/loss, eating disorders, adjustment issues, and clients that have experienced a natural disaster.
I use a collaborative approach with my clients. I believe working together as a team is the most effective way to relieve symptoms and move toward enjoying life’s journey. I use an integrated approach with clients that includes Solution-Focused, Client-Centered and Motivational Interviewing as well as Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral techniques which focus on changing how we think in a way that changes our emotions and behaviors. I love to see others grow and heal.
Life’s challenges are an opportunity for personal growth. I would be honored to assist you on your journey.
I am married with two young adult children. On weekends you can find me somewhere outside enjoying nature, looking for good deals at the flea market, riding my bike or totally engrossed in a good book.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person work.
An immediate benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, the combination of evidence-based care and greater accessibility makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
