Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Florida with over 12 years of therapeutic experience. I’ve spent most of my career in the non-profit arena so I’ve worked with a variety of people, with a wide range of mental health issues, in various types of settings. The majority of my time has been spent working with trauma survivors and those with depression and/or anxiety disorders. I utilize an eclectic mix of theories to help clients & my therapeutic approach reflects that. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but sometimes another approach (DBT, MI,etc.) is more appropriate.
I meet my clients where they are & work to build rapport. I provide active listening in a supportive, non-judgmental, & empathic environment so clients can address their issues & concerns; while also being able to challenge them when appropriate.
I’ve found that I’m passionate about empowering people & helping them become their whole & authentic self. I think it’s so rewarding to help people work through difficult situations & offer some hope for the future. If you’re ready to get started on this journey together, I encourage you to reach out!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the mode that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Every therapist involved in online work is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, remote sessions provide an accessible, effective path to addressing everyday mental health concerns and making meaningful progress over time.
